Mr. does not indicate the male gender,
it is a Dutch title: titles in this overview follow the Netherlands
use, i.e.: Mr. = LL.M.; Dr. = M, Drs. = MA, etc., placed before
the name. For female members, married or not, only Mrs. is used
here to indicate the gender.

Since, every member of the board
can be re-elected. For the first board the years were determined
to avoid that the whole board would have to be re-elected. It
is the intention to have each branch represented in the board.
After 1926 the following changes took place (see note
2):
The placing of links to the genealogy
has been an enormous task. In the reports of the meetings up
to the more recent one nowhere a branch or any other link to
the genealogy is mentioned. Only the initials of the names and
the cities or towns where the members lived were stated: not
always helpful because people move. Initials are not very helpful
either: it is very difficult to search the genealogy on initials
only. The webmaster has tried to be as accurate as possible
but can not guarantee full accuracy (see also note 4, below).

Here are not sufficient details to
verify who this person is, or whether the link to the genealogy
is correct (see also note 3, above).
